I am a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist providing therapy, neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for adults throughout Florida in English and Spanish. I work with individuals seeking support for ADHD, autism, anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, life transitions, and diagnostic clarification.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and affirming. Whether you are seeking therapy to improve your emotional well-being or a neuropsychological or psychological evaluation to better understand cognitive, emotional, behavioral, or neurodevelopmental concerns, I strive to create a supportive and respectful experience tailored to your unique needs.

I believe meaningful growth begins with feeling understood. Many of my clients come to me after years of struggling with challenges related to attention, anxiety, relationships, trauma, mood concerns, or feeling different without fully understanding why. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore these experiences without judgment.
I view therapy and assessment as collaborative processes. Whether you are seeking therapy, a neuropsychological evaluation, or a psychological evaluation, I take the time to understand your unique experiences, strengths, goals, and concerns. I recognize that culture, language, identity, and life experiences shape how we experience the world, and I strive to ensure these perspectives are respected throughout our work together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
The process depends on the services you are seeking and your individual goals.
For therapy, we begin by discussing your concerns, strengths, personal history, and treatment goals. Together, we develop a plan that supports meaningful growth and helps you navigate life's challenges. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, strengths-based care, and trauma-informed practices.
For neuropsychological evaluations and psychological evaluations, the process begins with a comprehensive clinical interview to better understand your concerns, history, and referral questions. This is followed by assessment measures selected specifically for your needs. Once the evaluation is completed, we meet to review the findings, discuss recommendations, and answer any questions you may have. You will also receive a comprehensive written report.
Whether through therapy or assessment, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, build upon your strengths, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
