The actual appointment was great! However, its been two weeks with no follow-up after getting one out of range test I expressed concern about during the appointment. This is disappointing as I enjoyed the actual appointment but if follow up is going to take 2 plus weeks, I'd rather find another provider.

I was fine with not seeing my primary care provider since this is her clinic. I was just told to get the same tests I already had done six months prior, which is fine because they explained they can’t do much more than that here.
However I did not like how rude the clerk was before my appointment and I didn’t like how I was treated by the nurse who saw me. She looked less than thrilled to be at work which again I understand the medical field is hard work, I honestly just felt like cattle she had to stamp a brand on and say “move along good luck with what you’re dealing with.” I’ll most likely do a follow up with my normal pcp but I’m going to look for some other help in my area because I’ve had no luck thus far. ??

Great nothing to complain about doctor was helpful, considerate of my needs. The whole process was easy it’s great for non emergency situations. I recommend this method of medical treatment to anyone who has a hard time getting to their doctor where nowadays it takes a week or more to get get in.

Won't use you guys again to set an appt.

I wouldn't have found this physician office without zocdoc and I'm truly thankful I actually looked up at the TV during that ad. The reviews were spot on, this office is clean, friendly and supportive. Dr. Perez listened to mine and my spouse's every concern, let's us attend our appointment together and talked us through every referral. I was worried it would take all of 2025 to find a trusted primary care office, I am really overjoyed to have found one so quickly. Can't recommend this office and physician enough.
