I went to this doctor to get my IUD replaced, mentioned the exact reason on a message sent through this site. Arrived at my appointment and was halfway through filling out intake forms when I was told that they didn’t do IUD replacement, only removal.
I felt that it was very inconsiderate to not mention this until after I’d taken the time to travel to the office and after additional time spent waiting in the office.
Receptionist also did not offer an apology of any sort.

I came to Dr. Wong for a second opinion after a lab test result performed by another medical provider and that provider’s concerning recommendation. Dr. Wong took the time to review that report thoroughly and explained everything clearly to me: the finding on the report: “negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy” means no cancer was found, brought me peace of mind. I’m deeply thankful for her ethics, professionalism, and compassionate care.

I have nothing but kind words to say about Dr. Wong. She's friendly, has wonderful bedside manner, and always reviews my medical history with me. However, I question how Rendr care runs their practice. I had to follow up about a test result, and thankfully I already knew what the result was, thanks to the lab that ran the test. Her office calls me weeks later, requesting I come in person to discuss the result, even though I explained that I already knew what the result said (it was normal). I asked why I needed to come in person instead of her calling me (like other practices do) and the office was unable to tell me. They did tell me they had to speak to management to approve a Telehealth appointment. I highly suspect Rendr care just wants my copay. Additionally, my insurance claim shows they charged my insurance for things they did not check for, such as a depression screening, tobacco screening, and multiple blood pressure checks. They only checked my blood pressure checked once.

Honestly shes probably the sweetest and most helpful doctor Ive met in any specialty field. Shes also a really easy appointment to book which for the life of me i cant understand. Definitely my favorite ob/gyn so far (ive gone through several)

The office is uncomfortable; there is only a very hard, rectangular cutout bench to sit and wait on, but on the plus side, the wait was not too long. The exam room, like the whole office, is very cramped and cluttered, which does not seem entirely sanitary. I think the doctor is well-intentioned, but her bedside manner was somewhat dismissive and condescending. She seemed unable to make sustained eye contact, which made me uneasy, and she seemed to misunderstand history I'd given more than once. The pap smear was more painful than I am used to. That said, she spent a fair amount of time with me compared with other physicians who take insurance these days.
