I scheduled a next-day appointment last minute and they were super flexible and able to see me (right before a major holiday too)! Incredibly kind, understanding, and knowledgeable staff! Their front desk staff member was very warm and welcoming! Dr. Zells listened to my concerns, provided me with information, and tests to help determine the best plan of action for care. I appreciate this group so much! Thanks again!

Dr Zells was friendly, very competent and listened and understood my hearing concerns. I feel very confident that he has prescribed the correct solution to my hearing issues. In prescribing the appropriate hearing aids, his first criteria was, my particular hearing deficit and what would work best. His second consideration was my financial situation and whether cost was a major concern. His third consideration was lifestyle.... that is would I be in crowds and restaurants with lots of background noise. In other words, one size does not fit all. I really appreciated this.

Very, very few doctors I went to were willing to give me a complete picture of the data from the tests. Dr. Zells showed me the chart, let me know about the limitations of the test, and even factored in my anxiety and depression into the results. He was kind, empathetic, honest, and listened to everything I had to say. He took me seriously and I felt respected and like he genuinely cared about everything I said. 10/10, incredible doctor.

I was super happy with my visit to Dr. Zells’ office. They had a little bit of a schedule conflict with ZocDoc’s system, but Dr. Zells called me to fix it really quickly. They actually got me in earlier than I was expecting.
The office is really nice and clean, and the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Dr. Zells was personable and easy to talk to. He listened to notes about my medical history, and seemed very intentional in his recommendations and referrals.
All in all, the appointment was great. I am super happy I chose Dr. Zells.

My visit was very go0d. Zach was very professional and explained everything he did and gave me options as he saw fit. We have made good process with latest hearing aids I purchased. Magic(spelling) was her usual cheerful self. Easy to talk too and helpful.
