The doctor's office messed up my appointment. The receptionist kept telling me I did not have appointment that day but the week before and I did not show after I checked in at the front window. I told her that was the day I made my appointment, not the day I supposed to visit. I showed her my record of making me appointment online and confirmation but she refused to look at them. She told me since I did not have appointment so she would try to squeeze me in as Walk-in and asked me to pay me copay. I had to asked several times about when I would be seen after waiting for about 90 minutes but she only told me my name was not in her system so I had to wait. I finally had enough and decided to leave so I asked for my money back, then her office manager stepped in and had assistant called my name right away. I don't know what was wrong with their system but over all I was very unhappy about this appointment.
