I waited about an hour to see the doc, but I don't think that's anything out of the ordinary as there were a few others there before me, and I am patient....

The service was great, I forgot the nurse who had took me back to check my height & weight, but she was an older women and was phenomenal! She’s kind and funny. Also my visit with Patricia A. Clancy was smooth, she was able to answer most of my questions (the other questions were opinionated, so I respected her answers) and she was even able to share some of her experience with me as well. Last but not lease can’t forget about the lady at the front desk who checked me in, I just remember her having black hair and a little short (sorry) but she was able to answer my questions as well and was very polite! Love this office.

This was my first primary care appointment in a very long time. It was very relaxing and positive. She made it very easy to talk to. You can tell she cares about her job and patients based off of her personality and attitude. I will definitely be continuing to use this office and Dr. Buckley as my primary care doctor. The entire staff that day were very polite and professional!! Thank you!
The medical team is wonderful. From Dr. Attanasio, to the APRN Katie (whom I’ve seen more often), to the nurses...all great people to talk to and interact with. They’ve answered every question I’ve ever asked without judgment, and have worked with me to get through some tough medical situations. Then there’s the office staff. I’ll start by saying they’re all courteous too. It’s nice to share a laugh with them when I’m in the office. But here’s the problem - you’ll never be able to get a hold of anyone on the phone. I’ve had to call about prescriptions, appointments, billing issues, test results, and various forms for work and insurance. I’m not exaggerating when I say you will literally never get anyone to answer the phone. So you might say to yourself, “I’ll leave a message. Surely someone will call me back!” 9 times out of 10, no, they won’t. I’ve found the best way to get their attention is to stop in the office when they’re open...which, by the way, good luck figuring that out. The official hours aren’t posted and there are weekdays I’ve stopped by at 2:00 and the office was closed. There was also an appointment where I waited in the exam room for an hour and a half before the doctor came in. That was a fluke, I think, but it’s worth mentioning.

I have been searching for a good primary doctor for a few years. I finally found one! Dr. Gallo was very thorough. She listened and responded to me with true caring and concern. I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends! Her office staff was just as professional and caring! Very rare to get the whole package!

This place is great. I just moved to Philadelphia from across the country and was nervous about seeking out a new doctor as I am a transgender male and I have only been to one doctor since I started the medical transition. As soon as I met Dr. Volpe, I immediately felt comfortable. He was incredibly respectful, a great listener, and you can tell he really cares. I plan on making him my go to PCP and recommend the same for anyone else looking for one.
