I was impressed. She’s so smart. Very articulate explained my care repeatedly she even wrote it out for me. Very happy I chose her as my doctor. Definitely recommend. Her assistant, sorry, I forgot her name, she was very thorough. Props to Madeleine at the intake desk. What a delightful person.
Before going with Dr. Chynn, I did extensive research ranging from lasik to prk and in different locations (I'm from VA), however at the end of the day, I still chose to get the procedure done here. Amongst Dr. Chynn's credentials and experience, there were also several reasons that steered me back. One of the most important was the safeness of the procedure-- I already have dry eyes and severe halos, I don't need anymore, and this procedure would completely eliminate them. In addition, to take care of my dry eye situation, I came in for punctual plugs (which didnt do much for me), but then again for them to cauterize my lower tear ducts. All of this was easy and (almost) painless, but most importantly, they took initiative to take care of my problems before the procedure. Another perk is that their finance guy, Tarek, will work with you to find ways to reduce the cost if necessary! I'm scheduled for my procedure in the next couple weeks! Wish me luck! Dr. Muller always gives me her undivided attention making me feel as if she and I are the only two people in her office. She consistently gives me all the time I need, explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I never feel rushed no matter how busy her office is. She has even called me later in the day to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. Dr. Muller is the warmest, most dedicated physician I have ever met. Highly, highly, highly recommend.
Amazing Doctor in a very clean very nice office. Kind enough to see me on short notice for eye emergency. Lots of the latest gear to measure your eyes. Highly recommend.
Doctor John Pilavas is an amazing doctor who i will always go for my vision care. Excellent performance and bedside service!!! I got 20/20 vision and had a painless recovery process for lasik. Overall, he is truly a very cordial/caring doctor, thorough in examinations, and professional in all areas. I'm the type of person who will go for miles to see my trusted doctors, so I sincerely recommend anyone to see him, especially if you are in the neighbor.
She was great. She knew what was going on with my eyes right away and explained it in a way that I understood and that didn't freak me out (I do that a lot) Bit of a wait, but where don't you have to wait?
She is a great eye surgeon. She is thorough, provides clear diagnosis and recommendations. She performed my cataract surgery and has been my eye doctor for a couple of years. She answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel safe and taken care of. I highly recommend her for any cornea related issues.
Dr. Craig was very efficient and thorough during my eye exam from start to finish. Even his assistant was amazing and we both found out we’re from Texas so that automatically sparked a conversation. Very LGBTQ friendly he even mentioned my eyelashes were long, but he knew they weren’t mine lol (daily struggle of convincing my eyelashes are real...yea right) all in all Dr. Craig and his staff were informative, caring, etc. and not to mention he was handsome as well I highly recommend.
