My visit with Dr. Friedman was very pleasant. From the receptionists, to the practitioners, to Dr. Friedman himself. Everyone was very personable and professional. I really felt as though my time was important and everyone I spoke with took the time to hear my questions and concerns and answer them thoroughly.
I've seen Dr. Mendez 3 times now and he's become my go-to for anything ortho. To start, my experience with the front desk (I go to Lenox Hill location) is always great. I don't wait long, they're friendly, and helpful. When I see Dr. Mendez, he takes his time with me and assessing what's going on, asks questions, and describes his thoughts. He's happy to go through scans with me, etc. He then describes numerous options and has always proposed surgery last. With each option he'll describe pros, cons, price and timeline so I'm fully informed. I very much recommend this Doctor and his team.

He’s a rock star. Very short wait. Professional atmosphere. He was quite pleasant, relaxed, thorough. It seemed like he had been treating me for a while (despite it being my first visit). He had very large shoes to fill and had no problem doing so. I’d highly recommend him.
Dr. Ackerman was awesome! Very kind and patient. Explained everything in detail and put me on a path for recovery.

I was able to quickly get an X-ray done in the office, and will be following up soon pending the results of a pending MRI.

The doctor was great, he had very positive energy and I felt comfortable. Although the medical biller and the rest of staff have little to no experience when it comes to workers compensation. This created a bit of frustration which made me feel very uneasy.
