Alice is incredible. She's really kind & explains things well, but that practice needs a lot of help. It really is a billing factory like the reviews say. I peed twice for urine analysis before just interpreting the results on my own & booking an appt at my gyno to treat a UTI. They kept calling me in to review results & instead of treating me had me pee again & now want me to go back in again??? It's insane! Also, a woman who works there (seems more senior) screamed at the front desk girls who were just trying to do their job and physically shoved them in front of me. Maria drew my blood, she was very calming & kind. I wish I knew the name of older (maybe 40s/50s?) woman who harassed the front desk girls & then demanded someone get her lunch. That woman has no place in an office environment. Won't be going back again. I never review but this place was so awful, I had to! …read more

Dr. Katz and her PA appear to have a thorough clear understanding of how to assess, test for, and properly diagnose a variety of issues. If you are willing to WAIT a minimum of 2 hours when you have an appointment then these doctors would be helpful to you. However, in order to work with this doctor, you must be willing to put up with tremendously incompetent, non-communicative, rude staff from front desk staff to medical assistants. They all seem unsure of what is happening, the order of patients, who is there and for what. They can also be heard arguing with one another. At my first appointment, the doctor took some of the staff into a room and was rep-remanding them for their inability to follow a system used for the doctor identify how to move through different patients. I spoke with the Dr.'s PA about this and she simply replied that, 'yes there are issues.' there was not attempt to assure steps would be taken to correct these deeply problematic issues. Generally, it seems, that for them, things are the way they are, the patients just accept it and so they make no effort to fix things.
