Dr Guichard and her PA (I don’t remember her name) are GREAT. I had a bunch of questions following a procedure and they were patient, helpful, and easy to talk to. The front desk staff is a different story: they scheduled an appointment for me in the Manhattan office on a Tuesday, only for me to show up and find out that Dr Guichard is only in Manhattan on Mondays and Wednesdays. They’ve been listing my last name as my first name, got my address wrong, and just scheduled me an appointment for a procedure I already had. They just don’t seem to care.
