Welcome! I'm Dr. Aishe Robinson, a licensed psychologist with a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Nova University and over 12 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a variety of life's challenges and educational needs. I specialize in psychological assessment, trauma-informed care, learning disabilities, gifted testing, autism, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and support for women navigating divorce, life changes, and motherhood.
My approach to therapy is warm, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, parent-child interaction therapy, and mindfulness techniques to empower clients to heal, grow, and thrive. I'm especially passionate about serving BIPOC clients, women going through transitions, and individuals facing educational or legal system stressors.
Whether you're facing stress at work, seeking clarity during a personal transition, or looking for compassionate guidance for your child or teen, I offer a safe, supportive space where every mind is treated as beautiful and capable.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy creating mental wellness resources, mentoring aspiring psychologists, and spending quality time with my family. I'm here to help you find peace, power, and purpose-one session at a time. We also offer mental health wellness subscription boxes and Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters!
