My approach is guided by research and a multicultural orientation to affirm individuals with diverse identities. I consistently pursue continuing education and consultation so I can provide effective and culturally humble, affirming, and trauma-informed treatments. Our work will be informed by research-supported treatments, your strengths and lived experiences, and our therapeutic relationship.
