Therapy should not be scary or complicated. I provide a non-judgmental, safe environment for you to explore your concerns and become the best version of yourself. I work with adults of all ages who are struggling with today's societal demands. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree from City University of New York, Queens College.

I utilize an eclectic approach that is comprised of Humanistic, Client Centered Therapy and Mindfulness Training. While applying my own down to earth approach in my therapy to support and adapt to your individual style. After all this is about you!
