Hi, I'm Alexis! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona who is passionate about working with teens and adults. I have experience treating a wide range of presenting issues, with an emphasis in helping manage anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational issues.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is compassionate and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our initial session, we will discuss what concerns you'd like to focus on and work together to establish meaningful goals. Please note that I do not prescribe medication.
