Getting to know Alison Ward

Do you feel stuck, and unsure which direction to turn in order to move forward in life? I'm Alison Ward, LSW, LMSW and I am passionate about helping individuals feel empowered, supported - and most importantly, not alone. The most inspiring part of my work is being able to witness the growth, healing, and meaningful change that clients create within their own lives through the therapeutic process. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, overall life dissatisfaction, and a variety of other mental health challenges. I also have a particular niche in working with individuals with ADHD, including ADHD that co-occurs with other mental health concerns. My approach is individualized, empathetic, and collaborative, with a focus on meeting each client where they are and creating a space where they feel genuinely heard and understood. I believe therapy should provide a consistent environment of support, reflection, and growth in a world that often feels fast-paced and overwhelming.
