Do you often feel anxious, overwhelmed, or like you’re constantly running on empty? Are you a high achiever who struggles to slow down, set boundaries, or show yourself the same compassion you offer others? If so, I hope you know you are not alone. As a licensed clinical social worker, I work with individuals who feel burnt out and disconnected, helping them create space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and what matters most to them in life. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, anxious and stressed about work, navigating a traumatic experience, or going through major life changes like grief, cancer, or parenthood, I strive to offer a warm, compassionate space to explore healing and growth. I believe therapy should be collaborative, so I will work with you to develop a plan that best fits your needs. I integrate various approaches based on your unique needs, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parts Work, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Most importantly, I believe in the healing power of a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to show up authentically as yourself. Starting therapy can come with a lot of mixed emotions, but if you’ve found yourself here and feel like I could be a good fit for your needs, I encourage you to reach out!
