About Allison Flando
Allie graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Marquette University in 2021. She then pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Marquette University, graduating in 2024. Allie has experience working with the neuro population during one of her clinical rotations but gained the most experience in a variety of outpatient settings. She was also exposed to working with the athletic population while in school and knew that was the path she wanted to pursue.
A former Division I track and field athlete, Allie competed in shot put, discus, and hammer throw. Throughout her track career, she was no stranger to injury, which helped guide her into the field of physical therapy.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Allie spent the last seven years in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, while attending school. She recently moved to Chicago and has enjoyed exploring all that the city has to offer. In her free time, she likes to stay active and loves running along the lakefront. Allie is very excited to have the opportunity to be a part of the team at TFI!

Allie has done an incredible job helping me get my hip & back recaresed post-marathon. She focus on research-backed approaches to therapy & tailors all of the exercises based on where I am feeling pain & soreness. She also does a great job dry needling-I always look forward to our sessions!

Alee is amazing - patient a great listener, and willing to learn with me. She has a great dry needling technique and I've been very glad to find her. If you have complex sports injuries in the knee / hamstring / aductor, she's a great fit.

Allison is a kind and competent therapist. I've worked with her for a few months now following an accident that left me with a broken ankle and elbow. During this time, Allison has helped me regain so much strength & mobility and I'm feeling much more myself. Thank you Allison for your time & care.
