“There are not enough words to express my gratitude to the team at Professional PT. I am an avid runner that ran all the word marathons, was fast and running was my happy place. I was sidelined in March of 2024 and finally got partial knee surgery in January 2025. I was devastated and really had NO clue how hard it would be to rehab. In steps Alyssa P. at Professional PT! For me, THE BEST PT I have ever had. I have had a lot with all of the running injuries over 10 year of non-stop running. Alyssa is professional, extremely knowledgeable and met me where I was at. As a former athlete herself she saw my anxiety of being unsure if I would run again. She assured me that it would take time to recover. Alyssa was always kind, patient, present, moved me forward when I was scared to move forward and always did everything with a reassuring “you got this “ tone and attitude. She NEVER misses a beat. She knows all of her clients by name and she knows what each of us are doing at any given time and whether we are doing it correctly or not. Alyssa is totally hands on and she creates a welcoming and safe environment for er clients that is amazing! About Alyssa Kellish
Alyssa is a Physical Therapist who graduated from Misericordia University, earning both her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her time at Misericordia, she was a member of the Women’s Lacrosse Team as an undergraduate and was actively involved in the Physical Therapy Pro Bono clinic and research during her graduate studies. She was also recognized with the Outstanding Physical Therapy Student Award for demonstrating exemplary potential for success in the profession through clinical service, leadership, service, and academic achievement.
Since graduating, Alyssa has completed an Orthopedic Residency and obtained her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification. She has a strong interest in sports-related injuries, particularly ACL rehabilitation, which stems from her own personal experience with the injury and inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy. She is passionate about guiding her patients through safe, effective and evidence-based rehabilitation to help them return to the activities they love.
In addition to her clinical practice, Alyssa is currently pursuing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification to further expand her knowledge of movement, mindfulness, and wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and pets. She stays active through horseback riding, golf, yoga, and other sports, as well as exploring new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience here! From day one, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in my recovery. Alyssa, Dom, and Kayla were absolutely incredible—each of them brought their own expertise and encouragement to every session, and it made a huge difference in my progress.
