“Alyssa changed my life deeply and completely. I understand myself on a level that makes me extremely happy and I have the learned abilities to do well for myself in ways that make me happier and better to myself and the people around me whom I love. She showed me how to give myself some slack and contextualize my emotions to the bigger picture of how I want to live my life in a way that makes me happy.”

Alyssa is fantastic- warm, understanding, and flexible to my needs. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
Alyssa was amazing and always provided a relaxing and encouraging environment

she was amazing! we built a great rapport in which she softly, but firmly, called me out on my shit. She also knew different ways of getting the same information to me, (direct call outs, various scenarios, etc.) that really helped solidify the message
Alyssa is the best - she is kind, patient, excellent in her profession, and genuinely has changed my life. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her and build a great relationship and foundation of trust (which is hard for me).
My time with Alyssa was great and I really gained a lot from our sessions. She made me feel comfortable, was thoughtful and pushed me to open up in ways that were really effective. I always felt like she cared about our conversations and never felt judged.
I am just taking a break until January because I need to do repairs on my house. Alyssa is amazing at what she does. I will be honest with you, though: i personally find feedback surveys about practitioners to be highly problematic. I think it has the potential to promote fear, anxiety, and doubt in the practitioner. Constructive feedback is always necessary, but I wouldn't rely on most patients to be able to offer constructive feedback about a therapist, particularly when A LOT of people go into therapy with their own fear, stigma and issues and may project that onto the therapist. I am hoping that for most feedback you receive about your therapists, that you realize it is a reflection of a fault within your company and training practices-- not the therapists. Also, the way this feedback form is laid out really does put the onus of performance on the therapist-- and it should probably be more geared toward the practice as a whole.
I have seen quite a few therapists over the years and Alyssa has been the best. You can tell she truly cares and is passionate about what she does. She really helped me work through one of the worse times in my life by listening intently, helping me connect the dots, and giving me the tools I needed. I felt safe and heard. Her insights were spot-on and she really made me pause and think in a new way which is something my previous therapists were not really able to do.
