What should a new client know about working with you?

I personalize my treatment to the specific concerns, needs, and goals of each of my clients. I believe everyone has their own strengths and I will assist you in discovering and incorporating them into your treatment. I will also collaborate with you to develop an effective treatment plan and regularly check-in with you on your treatment satisfaction and progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In order to develop a comprehensive treatment plan, the first few sessions you meet with me are typically focused on gathering information about you and your concerns. With this information, I can give you an accurate mental health diagnosis if you meet criteria and begin conceptualizing with you what may be causing and maintaining your concerns. Following these information gathering sessions, we will work through a plan of treatment together, including specific goals you would like to work in therapy, that we can reference throughout treatment to ensure we are on track to meet your personal needs. You may start to notice improvements in your symptoms in as little as a month, however, others may need more sessions to notice symptom change.
