*After booking, you will receive a link via IntakeQ so you can complete required intake forms prior to your appointment* I received my dual Master of Social Work and Psychology degrees from New York University and completed my clinical internship at a community outpatient mental health center, where I had the privilege of supporting adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges and complex life issues. These experiences deepened my passion for creating a safe space where clients can navigate difficulties and discover new strengths. I specialize in women’s reproductive mental health, addressing issues such as abortion and post-abortion challenges, fertility concerns, birth trauma, pregnancy planning, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, pregnancy loss, and other prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum concerns. While this work is a core focus, I also support women of all ages and work extensively with young adults navigating life transitions, low self-esteem, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I have significant experience treating borderline personality disorder and draw from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which helps individuals manage intense emotions, develop healthier relationships, and improve coping skills. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which focuses on reframing negative thought patterns, and psychodynamic therapy, which explores past experiences to understand present struggles better. This blend of approaches allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs while providing whole-person care. The provider is a “Licensed Social Worker" and is currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. Their current employer is Rivia Mind.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that therapy works best when it’s a collaborative process. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and deeply empathetic. I work alongside you to identify your strengths, gain insight into the patterns impacting your life, and build practical strategies for lasting change. Together, we’ll create a space where you can express yourself freely, feel supported, and work toward goals that matter to you. Because each person is unique, I use a variety of evidence-based techniques. With CBT, we might examine how certain thought patterns contribute to stress or anxiety and practice new ways of thinking. With DBT, we may focus on building emotion regulation and communication skills. Psychodynamic therapy can help uncover how past experiences are shaping your current relationships and self-perception. I am especially passionate about empowering young adults to embrace their authentic selves during times of uncertainty or transition. By working through challenges with compassion and curiosity, we can help you move toward greater balance and fulfillment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current challenges, history, and hopes for the future, and we’ll create a plan that feels both manageable and meaningful. In ongoing sessions, you can expect a balance of insight-building and skill development. We might process past experiences to understand how they impact your present, practice coping strategies for immediate stressors, or explore ways to strengthen your relationships. Sessions are collaborative and flexible; you set the pace, and I adapt to what’s most helpful in the moment. I aim for you to leave each session with something tangible, whether it’s a new perspective, a skill to practice, or simply the experience of being truly heard. Over time, therapy can help you feel more grounded, confident, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
