I’m Anicklette "Nicky" Crumbley, a burn survivor (1/19/25), Licensed Professional Counselor, and crisis clinician with over 20 years of helping people find hope when life feels heavy. Whether you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or just tired of “holding it all together,” I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can exhale and begin to heal.
My approach
My work has taken me everywhere—from hospitals and schools to homes and courtrooms—supporting people through some of the most difficult chapters of their lives. That experience taught me one thing: everyone’s healing looks different. I combine structured approaches like CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care with a deep belief in human resilience.
My focus
I work with young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. “Helping you find calm in the chaos—one conversation at a time.” Whether you’re facing anxiety, loss, or simply need a place to exhale, my goal is to help you remember you’re not broken—you’re becoming.

I like to focus on the individual's needs, goals, and autonomy by providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
My journey to mental healthcare
Watching trauma within my own family at a very young age and seeing the effects on the young and old in the family, this made and drove me to find out how to support people during their worst times and learn how to get through others.
My goals for you
Being supportive in setting goals, where the individual is seen as the expert in their own life, while I create an environment of empathy, genuineness, an accepting and supporting without judgment, allowing the individual to lead the process and find their own solutions.
