Dr. Nouzovsky is a licensed psychologist specializing in trauma, relationship with self (self-esteem, imposter syndrome), challenging relationships, and depression/anxiety. She earned her PhD in Counseling Psychology and a Master's in Psychology from Texas A&M University, and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, she completed a fellowship at the Mount Sinai-Harlem Health Center. Drawing from humanistic and relational approaches, she creates a compassionate, challenging, inclusive space for you to look at parts of yourself and your past that have been difficult to explore alone. She is strongly committed to sharing her expertise in clinically proven approaches such as CBT and psychodynamic perspectives. She works to create a space in which you feel free to explore, experience, and reflect on the past and present.
