I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of counseling experience in a variety of clinical settings. I hold a Bachelor's degree and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, both from Loyola University Maryland, and I am licensed to practice in New York. It is wonderful that you have taken this step toward improving your happiness and fulfillment, and I look forward to helping you on your journey. Though I have a psychodynamic background, my approach is client-centered and incorporates principles of CBT. It is so easy to feel stuck in our own heads and behavior patterns, and taking the time to work through them, without feeling judged, can be an integral part of reducing anxiety, improving mood, and changing behaviors. Everyone has unique needs and goals for therapy, so I believe in tailoring my clinical approach to every situation.
