I am not the expert on your life—you are! I am simply here to provide support and help you sort through whatever sticky situations and feelings you may experience along the way. Strength comes from within, and I have made it my mission to help my clients find that inner strength. Through a person-centered approach, I work to make long-lasting and healthy connections with my clients, which inspires growth and overall wellness. Whether you suffer from anxiety, addiction, trauma, a mood disorder, or even just have a case of the "blues," therapy is a great way to learn coping skills that will help you better navigate any situation. As a mental health counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Molloy University and a board-certified music therapist, it is important to me that my clients feel comfortable enough to express themselves. Engaging in a therapeutic relationship is a difficult first step, and it would be my privilege to work with you and be included along your personal journey!

She was very respectful, soft spoken and also she genuinely cared about what i was feeling and speaking about which was a nice change compared to others i have met. She also gave me many helpful tools to help me on my journey. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Ashley always make my husband and I feel so comfortable. She is very fair to both of us during our couples counseling when we express our feelings. She is both professional but is very down to earth which makes it feel like she’s our friend who really cares about our well being. I’ve already recommended her to a friend but will continue to sing her praises.

Ashley is a wonderful therapist. I will go as far as saying the best that I ever had. She is attentive, caring, empathetic and compassionate. She made me feel like I wasn't alone and that were a team to get through all of my trauma. I highly recommend her.
