What should a new client know about working with you?

Through my experience in mental health and child welfare settings, including foster care, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how trauma, life transitions, and family dynamics can impact a young person’s well-being. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and know that their experiences are valued. I believe every young person has unique strengths and the capacity for growth. My goal is to help children and adolescents build resilience, strengthen their sense of self, and navigate challenges with greater confidence while feeling supported every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
