I have extensive clinical experience and specialize in providing therapy to individuals over 16. My approach is evidence-based and draws from various modalities like CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, DBT, and Client-Centered Therapy to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. I also actively engage in philanthropic work, particularly serving women and children. Based on Whidbey Island, I'm happy to have been a part of the team at Mindful Therapy Group in Mountlake Terrace since 2019.
