What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize psychodynamic techniques alongside expressive, somatic, and creative arts therapies to meet you where you are with what you carry. We can play, dance, move, and create, or introspect, talk through, meander, meditate...my approach is process oriented and as active and companioned or gentle and listening as you need me to be. The relationship we are building together comes first.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I approach therapy with awareness of trauma and attachment wounds stemming from relational, systemic, environmental, and intergenerational harm. I work with clients to develop bodily and emotional attunement and navigate through life challenges, relationships, and transitions. I believe in the importance of building a therapeutic relationship and take a person-centered, holistic approach to empower clients with access to their own maneuverability, intuition, and choices.
