Originally from Valdosta, GA, my journey has taken me from Auburn University to practicing in Lima, Peru, Orlando, and Fresno before settling here in Jax Beach. My strong background in athletics is what first inspired my path in chiropractic. I played nearly every sport at a high level in high school and still stay active today—running the Gate River Run each year and spending weekends with my two amazing kids on the beach, tennis courts, or golf course. I treat patients of all ages—from newborns to seniors—and believe each person deserves care tailored to their unique body and goals. My team and I use a wide range of chiropractic techniques, ensuring we can match the right method to each individual’s needs. Personally, I specialize in effective, hands-on adjustments that help people feel and perform their best—especially high achievers and anyone motivated to live life to the fullest.
