My education and career experiences have allowed me to connect with individuals dealing with various issues, such as depression and anxiety, grief, stress, self-esteem issues, etc. My emphasis is working with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, and where empathy and care are valued tools utilized to ensure clients obtain a feeling of self-realization which is an important step in discovering a more fulfilling and happy life.
