About Blake Ducos

I am a graduate from Rutgers University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in northern New Jersey. As a physical therapist, I use the same methodologies for rehabilitation as I would for exercise and fitness. My goal is to enable every patient to be able to strengthen their bodies in order to not only recuperate and recover function but also prevent future injury. I have a background in weightlifting and strength training from which I draw ideas for individualized treatment plans. I also incorporate manual techniques as needed including stretching, soft tissue massage, and joint mobilization to address any movement deficits. The ultimate objective of physical therapy is to build a better body and there is no better way than through exercise.
