Psychotherapist
MN
This is more than talk therapy; it’s a path to lasting change that blends the intelligence of the mind and the wisdom of the body. Welcome My name is Callie Morton (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing teletherapy to individuals across Colorado, Minnesota, and Florida. I identify as a queer and neurodivergent therapist. I specialize in supporting those facing challenges related to identity, life transitions, relationships, executive functioning, depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, emotional regulation, grief and loss, stress, and trauma. I pride myself in creating safe and authentic connections built on trust and transparency for client-therapist relationships. My approach is grounded in both professionalism and a playful, lighthearted energy, making the process engaging and relatable. I enjoy integrating body-mind practices, including somatics, breathwork, and movement to support your nervous system for holistic growth and healing. My therapeutic toolkit draws from evidence-based modalities such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS or parts work), somatic experiencing, sensorimotor psychotherapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy. Outside of my professional life, I cherish time with family, friends, and my dog, Remi. I enjoy attending live music concerts/festivals (EDM/folk/rock/jazz/indie), sporting events, and art fairs. I honor my body and mind by deepening my yoga practice, engaging in strength-training, and being in nature as much as possible. Other hobbies include watercolor painting, pottery, thrifting, finding a skee ball machine, studying astrology, and hosting dinner parties.
