Psychotherapist
808 Un St, Ste 2A, Brooklyn, NY
So many of us spend our lives trying to figure it all out, to feel balanced, fulfilled, and free from anxiety. Yet often, that pressure to hold it all together is what leaves us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from ourselves. My work begins there, in the real, messy, in-between moments where you’re trying, stumbling, and finding your way forward. Therapy with me is collaborative and down-to-earth, less “let’s fix you” and more “let’s figure this out together.” We’ll explore what matters most, whether that’s relationships, boundaries, balance, or purpose and work toward feeling more steady, confident and connected.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with children, teens, college students and adults navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, identity exploration, relationship challenges and life transitions. I will help you slowdown and explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck, make sense of what’s been hard while also learning practical tools to bring peace and clarity into daily life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I draw from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care, blending these approaches in a natural and supportive way for your unique needs. Together we will create space for understanding, healing and insight, as you grow into the most grounded authentic version of yourself.
