I understand and believe that it is the human experience to sometimes feel “stuck” in our anxieties, negative thoughts, and behaviors that we wish we could change but need someone to talk to and support us through in a non-judgmental space for us to heal and reach our goals. I have experience working with women and men with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, family and relationship issues, and grief through the approaches of CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Mindfulness-based, narrative, and solution-focused approaches. I am also certified in the treatment of ADHD. I believe in meeting the client where they are and provide a welcoming, safe, and warm environment for you to share your story.
