What should a new client know about working with you?

I am compassionate, understanding, and nonjudgemental. I encourage the patient to talk and i do give feedback. I try to create a safe environment to make the patient feel comfortable to open up and feel heard.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I encourage the patient to talk about their pain and what is burdening them. We create a plan and they gain insights and tools to help manage their conflicts and struggles. The result is for someone to feel that they can cope and manage situations and overcome barriers. For me, it is important that the patient feel valued, seen and respected to bring forth growth.
