What should a new client know about working with you?

I use an integrated and individualized approach that will be informed in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and behavioral therapy. Treatment would include tailoring our work to your specific needs and would require goal setting early in treatment. There will be collaborative action steps and practices incorporated within our work, if desired. Current services include individual psychological services (60-minute psychotherapy appointments) for adults via telehealth only for individuals in the states of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Services are for individuals 18 years and older only.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The therapeutic process is collaborative, we can work together to establish goals for each session that connect to your overall treatment needs. Some sessions may include skill practice if desired.
