I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in evidence-based and trauma-informed care. I am conscious of the fact that marginalized communities often bear significant forms of trauma, stemming from discrimination, violence, and the numerous faces of oppression. As a minority individual aligning with several communities, this understanding has fueled my dedication to studying and practicing various modalities and techniques, such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive, Humanistic, and Integrative therapies. With this, our sessions will be tailored to your needs, pace, and goals.
