“If I’m being honest I didn’t know what to expect. Constantine saw us on short notice and was extremely accommodating. He’s been the most effective therapist that we’ve seen. He listens, understands, then gives feedback. I like the way he explains situations, sometimes through metaphors but in the end has a deeper meaning. I’m pleased with him as a therapist.”

Getting to know Constantine Kipnis
I am a psychotherapist offering individual and couples therapy over video and phone. I am licensed to work with patients in the states of California, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
I have an eclectic professional and cultural background with a MA in Literature, MBA, and Master of Social Work degrees. I have also completely 2 year-long advanced training programs in Individual and Couples Psychotherapy at The William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis & Psychology in New York City.
I am currently a candidate in the Four-Year Psychoanalytic Program at ICP (Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy) in New York City.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I am IN NETWORK with United Healthcare and Oscar in the states of Florida and Texas ONLY.
If you are out of network with me, I am open to negotiating a rate and I am set up to help you easily submit claims to insurance if your plan has some out of network benefits.
I am NOT taking on Medicare and Medicaid/Community Plan clients.

My individual patients are billed $220 and couples are billed $250 for sessions out of pocket, if not using insurance.
If you are from Florida or Texas, I am in network with United Healthcare / Optum / Oscar and am out of network with other insurance plans.
If you have out of network benefits like PPO/POS, you will likely be able to seek at least partial reimbursement for sessions. Some patients use their HSA. I am open to discussing my fees with any prospective patient.

I have been receiving counseling with Constantine Kipnis for some time now. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I have tried before other therapists but it wasn't helpful. I have some problems but I can continue working on myself with Mr. Kipnis's help without being judged which allows me to feel comfortable during the sessions. I have no words to define how I truly recommend him for any personal or/and life problems you have. I can guarantee you will get the highly professional help you are looking for.

Constantine is a pleasure to work with. He has a wealth of experience that he regularly employs, as well as insightful metaphors to help guide patients through their issues. He is fluent in Russian and English and weaving in and out of those languages was particularly helpful for me. Would highly recommend him.

I’ve only had 3 sessions with Constantine and I feel I’ve received, with just a few ways of readjusting some of my perspectives, a target for me to visualize. I’ve not had the help I was looking for in past efforts with other therapists but this time I think I’m in luck.
