I bring over 22 years of experience using a variety of treatment approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am also trained in EMDR and specialize in working with adults facing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and eating disorders.
