What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a free 15 minute introductory session to get to know my new clients and see if we are a good fit for working together. I am an empathic listener, and I meet my clients where they are without judgement or pressure. I take the time to get to know you in a safe, patient and curious manner. I will work with you to understand and examine your life history and relationships and how they impact your present life. My goal is to help you understand and free yourself from harmful patterns of relating to yourself and others that limit your potential and happiness.
