I specialize in helping people get "unstuck," whether you're feeling lonely or unsatisfied with your current relationships, work, or lifestyle. I can help you identify what's getting in the way of living a more motivated, loving, and enjoyable life.
One of my passions is helping couples reconnect and deepen their connection through an effective Attachment Therapy approach.
I also specialize in working with your inner child-the unexpressed feelings and needs of your younger self. The therapy process involves identifying these feelings and practicing new ways of thinking and responding, which often results in feeling more empowered, authentic, and at peace.
I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach.
I look forward to helping you get "unstuck" and achieve a more gratifying and purposeful life.

What should a new client know about working with you?
Your therapy appointment is weekly at the same time and day. I work Mondays 11am & 1pm and Tuesday through Friday from 8am - 4pm .
I offer virtual appointments.

I start by understanding your past, the important events and relationships that have shaped you. We discover how these patterns emerged to keep you feeling safe and learn new coping strategies to be more effective in your life today.

I currently see adults, couples and families. My rate is $250/session for individuals and $300/session for couples and families. However, you're welcome to use your PPO Insurance benefits or HSA/FSA to help subsidize the sessions. If I'm in-netowrk with your insurance company you can sign a form to opt-out of using your insurance.
