Having spent over a decade actively helping New Yorkers in need, I am a social worker in both heart and vocation. Warm and engaged, my goal is to connect with and facilitate my clients' growth through the therapeutic relationship we form together. I enjoy a dynamic and psychoanalytic approach, listening to and talking with my clients, assisting them in identifying their goals, their interventions, and the resolutions they hope to find through our work. Whether addressing anxiety and depression, trauma, grief, or more, my aim is to continually provide a safe space where people can unconditionally be themselves, allowing them to work through difficult times as comfortably as possible. While often overlooked, when you need a laugh to forget about the day, even if just for a moment, I can help with that too. I hold a Master's in Social Work from New York University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients effectively.
