About Daniel Walsh
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST AND NO APPOINTMENTS ARE CONFIRMED UNTIL DONE SO BY PROFESSIONAL PHYSICAL THERAPY DIRECTLY** I started my career with Bacharach Institute of Rehabilitation in Pomona, New Jersey from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, I was offered an opportunity to work as a Chartered Physiotherapist (Physical Therapist) in Ireland. I would own a Chartered Physiotherapy Clinic and was team physiotherapist for a variety of sports such as Rugby, Soccer, and GAA Hurling during my time in Ireland. I would have had the opportunity to treat athletes from all levels of competition. In addition to training in the USA, I was lucky enough to also train and do courses in Ireland, London, Paris, and the Netherlands with other physical therapists and chartered physiotherapists. I returned to the USA in 2019 and started working for Professional Physical Therapy. I was made Clinical Director of Newton in 2020. In 2021, I accomplished a long-term goal of mine and was able to become a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. In 2022, I was humbled and honored to win the Best of Sussex County, Best Physical Therapist Award. It meant so much to me that my clients thought that highly of me. I continue to practice in the town of Newton, learning each and every day.
My hobbies include reading, history, and travelling the world. I continue to have close ties to Ireland and travel there often. I am an avid runner and have competed in multiple long-distance races in the USA and Europe for fun.
