When I made the appointment, I didn’t realize how far the location was from me. On top of that, since it was during rush hour, it took me nearly 50 minutes to get to the office.
At check-in, I mentioned to the front desk staff that while I would keep the appointment, I wouldn’t return due to the distance. She didn’t respond. However, when I shared this with Danielle, my physical therapist, she immediately empathized and let me know that I could be transferred to a facility closer to my home. We looked into it right away and found a more convenient location. Moving forward, I’ll continue my treatment there.
In addition to being understanding, Danielle was very thorough in assessing my issue and provided a set of exercises to help me stay on track between appointments. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and caring physical therapist.

Danielle is very friendly and knowledgeable. She makes you feel at ease and that she cares about your injuries heeling by seeing you weekly. The system they have in place so you can do your exercises at home is great! Easy to use.
Would recommend this physical therapist and the centre.
