I utilize CBT/ACT, trauma focused and psychodynamic principals in my practice. I aim to empower people to live their best lives and reach their goals. I am open minded, solution focused and caring. My goal is to help you gain insight and skills in a comfortable and efficient manner. Together we can focus on solving problems, reducing symptoms and improving your day to day well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I approach the therapeutic process with patience and optimism. Trust and flexibility are important throughout the journey. The initial session will be spent getting to know each other, discussing goals and coming up with a plan to lessen symptoms.
