We go through life carrying personal trauma, grief, generational patterns and behaviors, cultural expectations, trauma from religion, marriage, pre and post pregnancy concerns, and parenting. I also have created an environment where first responders, health care My focus I work with children, adolescents and adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, and life transitions. For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the therapeutic process while providing evidence-based, compassionate care that honors each person's beliefs and values.
