I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s toughest moments and helping them reconnect with resilience, clarity, and purpose, especially when things feel overwhelming or uncertain. My approach is grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll build flexibility, insight, and tools that support your goals and values. Having lived in five countries and across many U.S. states, I deeply value cultural diversity and enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. My background includes work in private practice, university counseling, VA medical centers, and outpatient clinics.
