I offer therapy in both English and Spanish to create a space where you feel understood and supported. I take a compassionate and active approach, grounded in evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and values-based work. I earned my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Carlos Albizu University and have over a decade of experience working in diverse clinical settings.
