I never saw him - no information was given on how to connect and so no appointment was done

I was called and told my appointment was cancelled again. Super frustrating

They sent confirmation email and went to spam. I sat by waiting for a call or something. Called the general # stayed on hold for 10ish minutes. Time me I did not sign up! Then I searched spam found email. I'm trying again. A phone call would not kill you. Disappointed

I am very disappointed in this doctor. He was a no-show. My 1st time trying to talk to a therapist and a no-show. Makes me feel some type of way

Dr. Broaddus seems like a great providor. This is about Brighside. I saw Dr. Broaddus once. Since then the number of push notifications, texts, & emails not pertaining to my care is absurd. When I went into settings I was only able to select which email notifications. I reaches out to support and they said my only option is to fully disable text and push notifications if I do not want promotional or text requesting reviews. I am a full time working professional while a full tome graduate student. I have severe ADHD with anxiety. I rely on text reminders for appointments but the rest are just disturbances. Furthermore forcing an all or nothing notification policy on patients is maybe not the best idea when serving mental health patients who at times, like I am now, struggling with severe anxiety over lack of control of circumstances that are having negative impacts on my daily life. We all have times we have to just sit and deal, but yes I want brightside harassing me about reviews.
