Deborah Botnick-Basile, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups suffering from a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, infertility/adoption/surrogacy, and trauma. Deborah integrates a psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and interpersonal approach to therapy, while continually assessing the needs and desires of the client. Perhaps more importantly, Deborah emphasizes honest communication between client and therapist in a warm, nurturing environment. In this setting, she believes the client can learn to better understand their feelings, behavior, and relationships with a goal toward growth and change. Deborah received her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from the Ferkauf School of Psychology at Yeshiva University.
